On the day Coordination

You have spent months planning and creating your dream wedding, Chase Events will take over on the day so you can relax and enjoy your special day knowing your wedding is in professionals hands. You do not want to be worrying if the cake has been delivered or the table decorations are as you ordered. You want to be enjoying being pampered and having a laugh with your bridesmaids.

We will have an in depth meeting with you 3 weeks before the wedding day to run through all your arrangements.

Prior to the wedding day

We will contact all your suppliers to ensure the arrangements are in place as you have directed.

We will create a time line for your day to ensure the wedding party know the arrangements and where they should be. We can provide wedding etiquette for the bridal party where needed.

On the wedding day

You will have one of our co-ordinators for 8 hours to ensure the smooth running of the day, and to be on hand should any problems arise (checking the suppliers have delivered the table decorations, cake etc.) Your planner will ensure the room is set to your specifications and the table plan is correct. We will be available to you and your guests should you require anything on the day.

For any questions that need answering, advice required or you just need reassurance we are available by telephone or email.
