Final Stage Coordination

You have decided to arrange the details of your dream event yourself. You have been planning for weeks now and are in the final stages. We will take over the planning and organising of the final details to allow you to relax and enjoy the run up to your big day.

Firstly a consultation will take place, where we will run through all the details you have planned and what arrangements are left to be made. Confirm with your suppliers the details already arranged. Complete a check list of any areas still to be confirmed and assist with arrangements where necessary.

We will provide you with a detailed time line from the day after your initial consultation to the wedding day itself.

Your co ordinator will be available by phone and email to answer any questions you may have on the run up to your special day.
